1. Introduction and Overview
Al-Ayen Iraqi University (AUIQ) has shown a strong commitment to Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being) through extensive research, educational initiatives, and community outreach programs. As an institution aligned with sustainable development, AUIQ seeks to promote health knowledge, advance healthcare practices, and contribute to building healthier communities locally and globally.

• Healthcare Initiatives and Outreach: AUIQ organized health awareness campaigns, such as breast cancer awareness and drug abuse prevention, directly engaging the community to promote preventive health. The Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign saw the highest participation (33%), followed by Drug Safety Awareness Week (27%), where students promoted medication safety. Dental Health Visits accounted for 22% of involvement, focusing on educating young students on oral hygiene. Additional projects included the Anesthesia Technology Department's poster presentations (16%) and student-led eye examinations (19%) in local schools, while the First Scientific Festival on Disease Physiology engaged 14% of students in disease awareness efforts.
