Financial Affairs Department
Its duty is to follow up the financial needs of the University and works to fulfill them through its divisions according to their specialties. The divisions of the financial department are integrated unit within the department as follow:
Also called the Follow up Committee as it follows the performance of the security personals of the campus 24/7. They perform patrols inside and around the Campus to highlight the challenges facing the security personals and finding suitable solutions according to the instructions of the Manager.
It is considered as one of the vital departments belongs to the Presidency of the University, it is directly affiliated with the Assistant for the Administrative Affairs. It was established for the necessity of improving the construction process of the University and inspection and follow up the rehabilitation and expansion projects. It is also a vital departments due to its contributions in dealing with development and investment projects of the University improvement projects to serve facilitating the educational path and provides successful communication environment between the teaching staff and the students
The Future vision of the Department
The future vision of the Department is to complete all the buildings at the site and implement the infrastructure according to the prepared plans, besides maintaining the existing buildings to upgrade the services provided and provide all the requirements of the current and future colleges and research centers
Duties of the Department
It is affiliated with the Administrative Assistant of the University and undertakes the following tasks and duties
First: the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as per its available resource, prepares accommodation for the students called students housing

The Human Resources Department (HR) is the essential element in each educational or service institution which focuses on employment, administration and identifying the applied terms and regulations to the employees. It aims to direct the employees to be discipline towards the institution by providing the necessary tools, supervision, knowledge, training and administrative services besides presenting advice and administrative consultations related to the work rules.
based on that, the Human Resources Management identified as the administrative field that focuses on the human resources within the work environment. Therefore it studies all issues related to the employees. the Department is interesting in having a sustainable attraction to the distinguished expertise and skilled employees, and it endeavors to develop, enhance and restore those resources and utilize the employees in the right way to achieve the establishment desired goals

Al-Ayen University announces its plan to accept non-Iraqi students as part of the initiative of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (Study in Iraq) Al-Ayen University announced the completion of its plan to receive non-Iraqi students, which includes free scholarships in the various colleges and departments of the university, through which it aims to promote cultural exchange and improve the scientific level through accepting students from multiple nationalities. The plan will include medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, Petroleum engineering, health and medical technologies in five departments, namely anesthesia techniques, dental techniques, radiology and sonar techniques, optics techniques, medical laboratory techniques, and technical engineering in the departments of computer technology engineering and medical device technology engineering. In addition to physical education and sports science. It is worth mentioning that Al-Ayen University was established in 2017, and was involved in the Webometrics, RUR, Impact Times classification, and the University has signed a number of cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding with various Iraqi and foreign universities.
