Tasks of the department of Quality and performance

1- Representing the University in the internal and external issues related to the quality and its concerns

2- Applying the quality strategies and the methods of implementation

3- Preparing the required scientific plans to improve the quality performance inside the University

4- Preparing the time schedules to execute the plans and the scientific strategies

5- Determining the points of strength and weakness in the way of executing the quality process

6- Preparing the necessary mechanisms to treat the weakness which obstruct the quality performance.

7- Spreading quality culture among the University's employees and urging them to committed to quality standards

8- Following up on the University accreditation and its intervene in the international classification indexes

9- Holding training workshops related to insurance files of the University's employees and others

10- Continuing updating the database of the University

11- Conducting site visits to all colleges, departments and divisions of the University to insure executing the plans assigned for them and continuing submitting records to the University's  presidency

12-Following the orders issued by the Ministry to the department and insuring their execution and responding on the right time.

13- Submitting the annual record to the Ministry within the time schedule
