The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Ayen Iraqi University, held a workshop titled "Job Performance Evaluation Forms: Modern Mechanisms for Filling Out and Approved Evaluation Criteria." This workshop was part of the college's efforts to develop administrative performance and raise awareness of performance evaluation mechanisms and standards.
The workshop was presented by Asst. Lecturer Sadiq Abid Ali Fayyad, Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division at the college, and Asst. Lecturer Aqeel Kahit Khayoun. They discussed the approved mechanisms for filling performance evaluation forms, the standards and controls that must be observed, and explained how to accurately complete the data and evaluation requirements according to the approved procedures.
The workshop also included discussions on several inquiries related to the evaluation forms, contributing to standardized work procedures and enhancing staff understanding of the approved processes, ultimately leading to more accurate and objective evaluations.
