The Chancellor of Al-Ayen Iraqi University, Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon, visited the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Haider Bahaa Al-Husseini, to offer congratulations on assuming his post and wish him success in fulfilling his responsibilities and continuing to develop the higher education sector in Iraq. He was accompanied on the visit by his Academic Deputy, Prof. Dr. Naseer A. H. Al-Quraishi, and his Administrative Deputy, Prof. Dr. Atheer Y. Awda. His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research also congratulated the Chancellor of Al-Ayen University on the university's inclusion in the Shanghai Ranking of Academic Subjects (2026GRAS), commended this academic achievement which reflects the university's presence in international scientific rankings, and the university's academic presence in international and local forums and wished all students and faculty members success.
