The Continuing Education Division at the College of Engineering Technology, in cooperation with the College of Engineering at Al-Ayen Iraqi University, held a scientific workshop entitled "Introduction to Geological Structures and Oil Reservoirs in Central and Southern Iraq," presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdul Hussein Naama Shanawa.
The workshop addressed the geological structures and oil reservoirs in central and southern Iraq, and their importance in understanding the geological characteristics of oil fields, thus contributing to enhancing the scientific and specialized knowledge of students and faculty.
This workshop is part of the college's efforts to support scientific and specialized activities, promote academic cooperation, and exchange expertise among educational institutions, thereby contributing to the development of scientific and cognitive skills in the engineering and petroleum fields.
