Al-Ayen University participated in a meeting of the subcommittee for combating violent extremism leading to terrorism in Dhi Qar Province, held on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at the City Water Department.
The university was represented by Asst. Lecturer Abdulrahman Abbas Al-Batat, Director of the Continuing Education Center, and a member of the committee. The meeting discussed strengthening institutional cooperation, supporting awareness programs, and promoting a culture of moderation and tolerance, thereby enhancing social peace in the province.
