In an attempt aimed at supporting practical training and developing the educational environment, the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Ayen Iraqi University conducted interviews with graduates of the Dental Technology Department who had applied for teaching assistant positions in the department's laboratories.
The interviews focused on assessing the applicants' academic level and practical skills, their proficiency in specialized aspects related to dental technology and laboratory work, and their ability to contribute to supporting students' practical training.
This initiative stems from the college's commitment to utilizing the expertise of its graduates and opening opportunities for qualified young talent to participate in the educational process, thereby contributing to the development of students' practical skills and raising the level of training within the Dental Technology Department's laboratories.
