In the context of its interest to developing its educational environment and leveraging the capabilities of its graduates, the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Ayen Iraqi University conducted interviews to select teaching assistants to work in the laboratories of the Optometry Department.
The interviews focused on assessing the scientific and practical capabilities of the applicants, their proficiency in the skills related to optometry and the use of laboratory equipment, and their ability to contribute to student training and support during practical applications.
Through this initiative, the college aims to provide young talent with an opportunity to participate in the academic process and to build a network between the expertise of graduates and current students in the department, thereby supporting practical training and contributing to the development of students' professional and scientific skills.
