The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Hussein Al-Moussawi, honored the "Technology for Victory" team from the Technical Engineering College at Al-Ayen Iraqi University during a ceremony recognizing the teams participating in the NURAI 2026 National University Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Applications Championship. This recognition was in appreciation of their participation and representation of the university in the national competition.
Al-Ayen Iraqi University was represented at the ceremony by the Dean of the Technical Engineering College, Prof. Dr. Firas Faiq, who contributed to supporting and assisting the winning teams. He emphasized the university and college's commitment to nurturing student talent and encouraging their participation in scientific and technological events.
The "Technology for Victory" team was honored for its participation in the industrial track and its achievement of fifth place nationally in the competition, which brought together university teams in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence. The team was supervised by Asst. Lecturer Ali Adnan.
This recognition underscores the presence of students from the College in national scientific competitions and the support their projects receive, which contributes to developing their technical skills and fostering their inclination towards innovation and the application of modern technologies.
