The Technical Engineering College at Al-Ayen Iraqi University, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division, held a workshop entitled "Writing Academic Curricula Descriptions and Linking Learning Outcomes". The workshop was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Najm Nimer, with the participation of several faculty members.
The workshop addressed the fundamentals of writing academic curricula descriptions and the mechanisms for linking learning outcomes to course objectives. This contributes to improving the quality of the educational process and enhancing the effectiveness of academic outputs, in consistence with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly:

* Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
* Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
The workshop emphasized the importance of adopting modern academic practices in course descriptions and linking them to learning outcomes, thus supporting the college's academic development.
