The College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Ayen Iraqi University conducted interviews for applicants for teaching assistant positions in the Radiology Technology Department laboratories. This initiative aligns with the college's strategy to attract highly qualified graduates and enhance the practical and applied aspects of the educational process.
Though out the interviews, the applicants' academic qualifications, their specialized knowledge and practical skills, and their readiness to work in the academic and laboratory environment were assessed in accordance with the department's requirements and the nature of students' practical training.
This step is part of the college's efforts to leveraging promising young talents and provide its laboratories with qualified personnel who will contribute to developing the educational environment and raising the level of practical training in the Radiology Technology Department.
