The Deputy Chancellor of Al-Ayenn University for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Naseer A. H. Al-Quraishi received a ministerial committee from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The committee, comprised of Nagham Jamil Kadhim, Asst. Lecturer Karar Jabbar Hammoud, and Mr. Diaa Abdul-Razzaq Mohammed from the Administrative and Financial Department, and Dr. Ru’a Hisham Fadhil from the Studies, Planning, and Follow-up Department. The committee visited the university to follow up on the procedures for compiling a comprehensive inventory of staff and assessing the university's needs for administrative, financial, and academic personnel.
During the meeting, the committee discussed data related to the university's staffing levels and reviewed the number of employees and their specializations in light of the work of the ministerial committee tasked with developing a comprehensive staffing structure and determining staffing needs in public and private universities.
This visit is part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's efforts to organize university staffing data and identify staffing requirements.
