Under the directives of the Presidency of Al-Ayen Iraqi University, the College of Engineering Technology conducted interviews with its top graduates from the 2025/2026 academic year. The aim was to qualify and attract outstanding talent for academic positions within the college.
The interviews witnessed forming specialized committees to assess and evaluate the graduates' competence and performance levels and to review their scientific and academic capabilities with respect to the requirements of academic and teaching work.
This initiative comes in the context of supporting the university's graduates and providing them with suitable opportunities to contribute to the academic journey and enhance the quality of education at the College of Engineering Technology.
