Al-Ayen Iraqi University held its fifteenth session for the 2025-2026 academic year, chaired by the University Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon, and attended by his Deputies for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Naseer A. H. Al-Quraishi, and for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Atheer Y. Awda.
The session addressed several strategic topics related to preparations for the new academic year. These included ensuring the readiness of student affairs and the central registration system to receive students in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, revitalizing university media, strengthening the role of media units in the colleges through the development of media plans, setting the dates for the second-round exams, and coordinating the preparation of exam schedules. The session also reviewed the needs of the university and its colleges, as well as quality assurance and university performance files, all aimed at enhancing the quality of the educational process and aligning with the university's institutional development goals.
The session concluded with the University Chancellor honoring the Dean of the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Mohammed J. Mohammed, in recognition of his distinguished efforts and contributions to the college.
