Scientific participation of the Dean of the College of Engineering Technology in the discussion of a doctoral dissertation at the University of Babylon

The Dean of the College of Engineering Technology at Al-Ayen Iraqi University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rafid S. Aboud, participated as a member of the committee discussing the doctoral dissertation entitled “Fluid Neural Networks for Adaptive Perception and Control of Autonomous Drones,” which took place at the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon, in the presence of an elite academics and researchers.

The dissertation addressed the development of an intelligent system based on fluid neural networks to enhance the perception and decision-making capabilities of autonomous drones within complex environments, while improving performance efficiency and reducing computational requirements, to be pace with the latest developments in artificial intelligence technologies.

The participation of Asst. Prof. Dr. Aboud in this scientific committee affirms the College of Engineering Technology’s presence in academic forums and its contribution to supporting scientific research and strengthening cooperation among Iraqi universities in advanced engineering and technological fields.
