The Chancellor of Al-Ayen Iraqi University, Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon received His Excellency Mr. Xu Haifeng, Ambassador of the People Republic of China. The visit included a tour of Al-Ayen Teaching Hospital, showcasing its key facilities and services. Prof. Dr. Naseer Ali Hussein, Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs, presented a comprehensive overview of the university, highlighting its academic programs, research plans, and scientific partnerships with various international universities.

During the meeting, discussions focused on prospects for scientific and academic cooperation between Al-Ayen Iraqi University and Chinese universities, aiming to enhance the exchange of expertise and launch joint projects in the fields of education and scientific research.

The visit concluded with an exchange of commemorative plaques between the two sides, affirming the depth of academic relations and the commitment to their development in service of higher education.
