In a significant academic achievement that adds to the record of scientific successes, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research has approved the accreditation of the University of Baghdad and Al-Ayen University as official centers for administering the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination) for graduates of medical colleges in Iraq.
This achievement is a qualitative step that will open up broad scientific and professional horizons for medical students and graduates by facilitating the administration of the exam within Iraq, thereby enhancing their opportunities to pursue their medical and specialized careers internationally.
This accreditation also represents support for the academic development and scientific openness witnessed by Iraqi universities and reflects the advanced standing that educational and medical institutions in the country have attained.
