Joint Examinations Continue Between the College of Medicine at Al-Ayen University and the College of Medicine at Dhi Qar University
The joint final examinations with the College of Medicine at Dhi Qar University continue at the College of Medicine, Al-Ayen Iraqi University. On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, the joint examination for the subject of pharmacology was held as part of the ongoing academic cooperation between the two colleges and to enhance quality standards in medical education.
The Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Adnan T. Al-Khafaji conducted an inspection tour of the examination halls to observe the examination process and its organization and to monitor the procedures in place to ensure a suitable environment for students during the examinations.
The college also received a visit from the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs at the College of Medicine at Dhi Qar University, Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul-Baqi, and the Head of the Department of Pharmacology Asst. Prof. Dr. Tayseer Ali Talib, accompanied by faculty members from the College of Medicine at Dhi Qar University, to observe the joint examinations and the student evaluation methods according to the approved academic standards.
Prof. Dr. Al-Khafaji emphasized the importance of joint examinations in unifying academic perspectives and strengthening scientific cooperation among Iraqi medical colleges. He noted the college's commitment to providing a well-organized examination environment that supports students and ensures academic rigor.
The visiting delegation from the College of Medicine at Dhi Qar University also commended the organizational and academic standards demonstrated by the College of Medicine at Al-Ayen University, praising the efforts of the college's deanship, examination committees, and teaching staff in successfully conducting the joint examinations.
