The College of Education held a scientific workshop titled "Examinations: The Prestige of the University: Regulations and Instructions," presented by the Deputy Dean for Acedemic Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul-Ridha Ubaid, in the presence of several faculty members and administrative staff.
The workshop addressed the importance of examinations as a prominent pillar reflecting the university's academic standing and reputation. It emphasized that adherence to examination regulations and instructions contributes to fairness among students and ensures transparency and credibility in evaluating academic performance.
The presenter also reviewed the most important instructions that examination committees must follow, from preparing questions according to scientific standards, through the organization of examination halls, to the processes of marking and announcing results. He stressed the necessity of adhering to the specified time, preventing all forms of cheating, and taking legal action against violators.
