The Vice Chancellor of Al-Ayen University for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Naseer Ali Hussein Al-Quraishi held an extensive coordination meeting with the Deans' Deputies and the central examination committees in the presence of the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Atheer Y. Awda, in order to discuss the ongoing preparations for organizing the examination process and ensuring its smooth operation in accordance with approved academic standards.
The meeting addressed mechanisms for enhanced coordination between colleges and the standardization of examination management procedures to achieve the highest levels of accuracy and discipline. It also reviewed key observations and developed appropriate solutions to guarantee precise implementation and smooth operations during the examination period.
