The Women's Affairs Unit at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Ayen Iraqi University, held a specialized awareness workshop entitled "Protocol Skills and Enhancing Leadership Etiquette: Branding the Public Image of Women Leaders in Official Events." This workshop was part of the unit's strategic plan to develop the leadership and professional skills of its staff and students.
The workshop, presented by Assistant Lecturers Abdul Rahman Abbas Jassim and Huda Raad Yousef, addressed a number of key topics focused on building a visual and professional identity for women in decision-making positions. It highlighted international protocol and etiquette rules that enhance their presence in official events. The sessions also focused on how to cultivate a positive public image that reflects competence, confidence, and the ability to lead in a distinguished and sophisticated manner.
The college organized this event based on its belief in the importance of empowering women and equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in a competitive work environment. Through these workshops, the Women's Affairs Unit aims to honing leadership skills and develop professional communication methods in line with modern protocol standards.
