The University Psychological Counseling Unit at Al-Ayen Iraqi University held a training course entitled “Discover Yourself and Set Your Goals,” presented by the unit head, Asst. Lecturer. Sara Mohammed Abdul Khader Salal, and attended by the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Mr. Abdul Rahman Al-Batat, along with a number of students and faculty members.
The course aimed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of themselves and discover their personal abilities and potential, thereby contributing to charting a clear path toward their future goals. It covered several key topics, most notably the importance of self-awareness, how to set realistic goals, and how to develop practical plans to achieve them.
The course included a range of interactive activities and practical applications that helped boost self-confidence, develop positive thinking and decision-making skills, and promote sound future planning.
At the end of the course, participants expressed their engagement with its content, emphasizing the importance of such training programs in supporting them psychologically, academically, and empowering them to face challenges and achieve success.
