The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, in cooperation with the University's Continuing Education Center, organized a specialized workshop entitled "Depression and Psychological Stress and Their Impact on Body Functions."
This initiative is part of the College's diligent efforts to promote health and preventative awareness among staff and the community, and to highlight the physiological and medical dimensions of this vital issue, which has become a fundamental pillar in quality of life. The workshop also aimed to foster a deeper understanding of the close link between mental health and the proper functioning of the body's systems and to reduce the health risks resulting from daily stressors.
