The College of Engineering Technology at Al-Ayen Iraqi University commenced the joint examination for second-year students in the Fuel and Energy Engineering Technology Department. This is part of its academic cooperation with Southern Technical University. The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Rafid Sakban Aboud, his Deputy for Academic Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Raed Nasr Al-Obaidi, and the Head of the Department, Dr. Ahmed Najm Nimer welcomed the supervising ministerial committee.

The visit was part of the ongoing monitoring of the joint examination with the twinning university (Southern Technical University/College of Engineering Technology). The committee observed the examination process within the halls and the procedures of the examination committees to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations and their adherence to established standards.

The committee emphasized the importance of this step in enhancing academic rigor and standardizing academic criteria, commending the college's efforts in ensuring the success of the examination, and providing a suitable environment for the students.
