A delegation from Al-Ayen Iraqi University, headed by Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon, the university and accompanied by his Deputies for Acedemic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Naseer Ali Hussein Al-Quraishi, and for Administrative Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Atheer Yousef Awda, and the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Firas Faiq Kadhim visited the University of Baghdad.
The visit included congratulating Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdul-Hassan on his appointment as President of the University of Baghdad, wishing him success in his duties and hoping he would contribute to advancing the scientific and academic progress of the university. The meeting explored avenues for joint cooperation between the two universities in scientific and research fields, ways to develop academic programs, and the exchange of expertise. They also discussed the possibility of concluding a formal cooperation agreement that would strengthen institutional partnerships and open broader horizons for joint work.
For his part, the President of the University of Baghdad expressed his gratitude to the Al-Ayen University delegation for their kind visit, appreciating their initiative in strengthening cooperation and affirming his aspiration to build an effective partnership that serves the educational process in the country.
