On Sunday, April 12, 2026, Al-Ayen Iraqi University received a committee tasked with auditing the approved master sheets for undergraduate studies, as outlined in the university examination management manual. The committee was headed by Dr. Ahmed Mudha Mohammed from the Department of Private Higher Education and membership of Senior Engineer Ali Hassan Khader from the Department of Construction and Projects and Dr. Murtadha Najah Rasoul from the University of Thi Qar.
The committee was welcomed by the University Chancellor Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon and his Deputy for Acedemic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Naseer Ali Hussein.
During the visit, Dr. Sarah Jawad Shuja presented a detailed overview of the approved student data management program. The committee was accompanied on its tour by Prof. Dr. Hussein, along with the Dean of the College of Engineering Prof. Dr. Firas F. Kadhim, the Dean of the College of Engineering Technology Asst. Prof. Dr. Rafid S. Al-Jubouri, the Director of the Registration Departmen Asst. Prof. Dr. Mu'taz Salman, and the Director of Student Activities Dr. Maitham Uday Mohammed. The audit focused on reviewing the procedures of the examination committees in the university's colleges, particularly those related to master sheets and all other approved requirements.
The committee expressed its high praise for the level of performance and organization at Al-Ayen Iraqi University, appreciating the accuracy of the procedures and the integrity of the records, and confirming that the professional commitment it witnessed reflects the efficiency of the administrative and academic staff and their keenness to apply the approved standards and consolidates the university’s academic standing.
