The College of Engineering Technology at Al-Ayen Iraqi University made a remarkable appearance at the first Short Film Festival, having participated with three of the five student films screened during the event.
The results of this participation were outstanding, with the film "Azal" winning first place. Written by Ms. Najma Mohammed and directed by student Abdullah Abdul Qader, the film was produced by the College of Engineering Technology. Additionally, several students from the College of Engineering Technology collaborated on the film "Riwaya" (Story), a joint production with the College of Health Technology. Written by Abrar and directed by student Yahya Abdul Qader, "Riwaya" achieved third place, showcasing the collaborative spirit among students from different colleges.
This success reflects the College of Engineering Technology's commitment to supporting student talent and fostering collaborative work, contributing to the development of students' skills and highlighting their creative abilities in various artistic and cultural fields.
