On Monday, April 6, 2026, the Chancellor of Al-Ayen Iraqi University received the ministerial committee overseeing the experimental assessment exam for the Cybersecurity Department at the College of Engineering Technology. The meeting was attended by the University Chancellor Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon and his Deputy for Administrative Affairs Prof. Dr. Atheer Yousef Awda. The Chancellor Deputy for Acedemic Affairs Prof. Dr. Naseer Ali Hussein accompanied the delegation during their tour.
Also present at the College of Engineering Technology were the Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rafid Sakban Aboud, the Deputy Dean for Acedemic Affairs Asst. Prof. Dr. Raed Nasr Al-Obaidi, and the Head of the Cybersecurity Department, Dr. Ibrahim Talaat Nadhir. The delegation inspected the examination halls, the work of the examination committees, and the extent of adherence to the approved regulations.
The supervising committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Hussein Togan, Dean of the College of Engineering Technology in Dhi Qar. The visit included a field tour to review the organizational and technical procedures in order to ensure a smooth examination process and a rigorous examination environment.
At the conclusion of the visit, the committee commended the level of organization and facilities provided by the university and college, emphasizing the importance of experimental assessment exams in enhancing the efficiency of academic evaluation.
