The University Psychological Counseling Division at the College of Education held a workshop entitled “Early Childhood: An Investment in the Future,” presented by Asst. Lecturer Fatima Majeed Aidan, in the presence of the division head Ms. Sara Mohammed Abdul Khader, and with the participation of several faculty members and students.
The workshop addressed the importance of early childhood in shaping an individual's personality and its fundamental role in developing intellectual, emotional, and social abilities, as it represents the essential pillar of a person's future. It also discussed sound educational methods that contribute to raising children in a balanced and healthy manner.
The workshop witnessed significant interaction from the attendees through questions and comments, with an exchange of views on the best ways to support children psychologically and educationally, thus contributing to preparing a conscious generation capable of facing the challenges of the future.
This workshop is part of the ongoing activities implemented by the University Psychological Counseling Division to enhance psychological and educational awareness among students.
