The Women's Affairs Division at the College of Engineering Technology/Al-Ayen Iraqi University organized an awareness workshop entitled:

“Security and Confidential Reporting Mechanisms: A Roadmap for Protecting Women and Addressing Negative Phenomena with Complete Privacy.” The workshop, presented by legal expert Major Ahmed Majid Kamel, was attended by a number of students and faculty members.

The workshop was also attended by the Dean's Deputy for Academic Affairs, Dr. Raed Nasr Al-Obaidi. Its aim was to highlight the importance of adopting secure and confidential reporting mechanisms that guarantee the protection of individual privacy and contribute to creating a supportive environment that empowers women to face challenges with confidence and security.

The workshop addressed several key topics, most notably modern reporting methods and ways to enhance trust in the procedures followed. It also emphasized the role of educational institutions in raising awareness and establishing concepts of protection and community support.

At the conclusion of the workshop, Dr. Al-Obaidi honored the presenter in appreciation of his efforts in making the event a success.
