On Sunday, April 5, 2026, the Deputy Chancellor of the University for Acedemic Affairs, Prof Dr. Naseer Ali Hussein received the guests participating in the workshop organized by the Continuing Education Center in cooperation with the College of Law, entitled “Illegal Immigration.”
The workshop, presented by Major Ali Watan Aneid and Dr. Mohammed Kadhim Al-Mayahi was attended by an elite group of faculty members and students. Its topics addressed the legal, humanitarian, and security dimensions of the phenomenon of illegal immigration and its negative repercussions on individuals and society.
Pro. Dr. Hussein expressed his appreciation for the significant role played by the Continuing Education Center, emphasizing that its ongoing programs of workshops and seminars contribute to enhancing student efficiency, developing the skills of faculty members, and strengthening their scientific and intellectual capabilities.
