The Dean of the College of Engineering Technology at Al-Ayen Iraqi University, Dr. Rafid S. Aboud held a meeting with the program accreditation support committees to follow up on the latest developments in the program accreditation process for the Computer Engineering Technology and Medical Devices Engineering Technology departments.
The meeting addressed ways to support accreditation efforts, reviewed additional plans aimed at achieving the planned objectives, and monitored the completion of collecting evidence and indicators related to program accreditation in engineering technology. Thereby enhancing the readiness of the academic departments and ensuring that they meet quality standards.
The Dean emphasized the importance of the accreditation committees' role within the academic departments, stressing the need to document, measure, and analyze data and prepare reports on proposed procedures, thereby contributing to improving academic performance and achieving institutional and program accreditation standards.
