As part of its ongoing efforts to prepare its students for the joint exams, the College of Engineering at Al-Ayen Iraqi University organized a mock exam for third - and fourth-year petroleum engineering students. This was part of a scientific plan aimed at enhancing academic readiness and raising performance levels.
The exam was held in conjunction with the approaching joint exams. It was designed to simulate the nature of the common exam questions in terms of difficulty and variety, giving students a real opportunity to familiarize themselves with the exam format and requirements.
The exam assessed students' skills in both theoretical and practical aspects, as well as training them in time management within the exam hall and in answering questions accurately and with focus. The exam also allowed faculty members to realistically evaluate students' levels, identify learning gaps, and develop appropriate solutions before the final exams.
The exam was conducted in a highly organized environment, with the college providing a comprehensive testing environment in terms of halls and supervision while emphasizing adherence to exam regulations to ensure fairness and order.
The Deanship of the College of Engineering affirms its continued commitment to adopting such supportive initiatives, which contribute to developing the students’ academic level and enabling them to achieve outstanding results in joint examinations, reflecting the college’s standing and its commitment to the quality of its educational outputs.
