Students from the College of Engineering Technology at Al-Ayen Iraqi University participated in an introductory workshop organized by the college in collaboration with the College of Engineering, titled “An Introduction to Participating in the National Robotics Competition NURAI 2026.” The workshop covered the participation mechanisms and registration requirements for the national robotics championship.
The workshop was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ali Sayhood, who reviewed the competition's participation mechanisms and registration requirements. He also outlined the competition's themes and objectives in developing students' skills in innovation, programming, and engineering design. The workshop witnessed active participation from students of the College of Engineering Technology and was attended by Dr. Ibrahim Talaat, Head of the Cybersecurity Department, and Dr. Mazen Mohammed Yousef, Head of the Computer Science Department.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the Head of the Cybersecurity Department presented a certificate of appreciation to the presenter in recognition of his efforts in delivering this valuable workshop. He emphasized the College of Engineering Technology's commitment to supporting its students' participation in scientific events and competitions that contribute to developing their technical capabilities and fostering their creativity and innovation.
