The College of Engineering at Al-Ayen Iraqi University continues to monitor the work of the examination committees responsible for finalizing the results of the first semester exams. This is being achieved through intensive efforts by the specialized committees, under the direct supervision of the Deputy Dean for Acedemic Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sarmad Kadhim Dhiab.
The examination committees' work includes meticulously reviewing exam papers, verifying grades and their accuracy, completing electronic and manual data entry, and documenting results according to the established procedures. This ensures integrity, transparency, and academic fairness for all students.
The college deanship is also continuously monitoring the auditing and review of results for first-year students in all academic departments to ensure their completion in accordance with approved regulations and instructions prior to official ratification and announcement.
This aligns with the College of Engineering's commitment to implementing the instructions and regulations issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The college is dedicated to enhancing the quality of its academic and administrative performance and providing the best educational services to its students, thereby strengthening engineering education and achieving high-quality academic outcomes.
