The Chancellor of Al-Ayen Iraqi University, Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon conducted an extensive field visit to monitor the final examinations for first-year students in several departments across the university's colleges. He was accompanied by his Deputy for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Naseer A. Hussein, as part of his direct oversight to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations in accordance with established regulations.

During the visit, he reviewed sample exam questions and their distribution procedures, inspected examination halls, and received briefings from examination committees on organizational and disciplinary measures, as well as student seating arrangements. He also directly monitored student adherence to examination regulations and the availability of a suitable environment conducive to smooth and transparent examinations.

He emphasized that this field monitoring represents a consistent administrative approach to enhancing the quality of academic performance, identifying any obstacles on the ground, and addressing them immediately. This aligns with the standards of scientific rigor and reflects the university's commitment to providing an exemplary examination environment.
