The College of Engineering Technology held a workshop titled “Preventing Academic Burnout,” presented by Asst. Lecturer Riyam Abdul-Ridha Basim, as part of the college’s programs aimed at supporting students and raising awareness of psychological aspects within the university environment.

The workshop addressed the concept of academic burnout, its causes and manifestations, highlighting its impact on academic performance and mental health, as well as methods for preventing and managing it.

This workshop reflects the College of Engineering Technology’s commitment to providing a supportive and balanced learning environment that combines attention to academic and psychological well-being, contributing to improved student performance and overall well-being.
