The College of Engineering Technology participated in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week's activities, held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon, Chancellor of Al-Ayen Iraqi University, and in the presence of Mr. Razzaq Kashish Al-Ghazi, First Deputy Governor of Dhi Qar, with broad participation from academic institutions and sectors supporting entrepreneurship.
The college's participation included showcasing student projects, alongside the participation of employers, business owners, and entrepreneurial projects. This initiative aimed to strengthen communication between academia and the labor market, support innovative ideas, and encourage students to transform their projects into viable, practical models.
