The Biomedical Engineering Department at the College of Engineering, Al-Ayen Iraqi University, held an Acquaintance Ceremony for first-year students, attended by the Deanship of the College and several faculty members.

The ceremony included welcoming and introductory segments designed to familiarize students with the college’s system and regulations, its academic departments, and the nature of study in the Biomedical Engineering Department. It also highlighted the requirements of each academic year and the assessment mechanisms, helping students understand their academic path and adhere to university guidelines.
The ceremony also featured speeches emphasizing the importance of diligence and hard work, commitment to university values, and taking advantage of the academic opportunities offered by the college.
