The Women's Affairs Division at the College of Education held an awareness workshop entitled "Empowering Women to Confront Societal Violence," aimed at enhancing students' awareness of women's rights and highlighting the forms of societal violence and ways to reduce it.
The workshop covered important topics related to women's legal, social, and psychological empowerment, the role of educational institutions in building a conscious society that respects human rights, and the support and guidance mechanisms available to women who have experienced violence.
The workshop witnessed broad participation from attendees through constructive discussions and interventions, contributing to instilling a culture of dialogue and cooperation for a safer and more just society.
