The Deputy Chancellor of Al-Ayen University for Acedemic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Naseer Ali Hussein visited the examination committee at the College of Medicine as part of his ongoing monitoring of the examination process and to review the work procedures and organizational mechanisms in place at the college.
During his visit, he reviewed the procedures followed in managing examinations, from preparing and verifying the questions, through organizing the examination schedules and ensuring the confidentiality of the questions, to organizing the work of the invigilators and supervising the examination halls.
Prof. Dr. Hussein commended the high level of organization, accuracy, and discipline demonstrated by the examination committee. He also praised the significant efforts made by the Dean of the College of Medicine Prof. Dr. Adnan Al-Taan, the members of the examination committee, and the supporting administrative staff in ensuring the success of the examination process.
He emphasized that this outstanding performance reflects the College of Medicine's commitment to academic standards and university regulations and contributes to providing a suitable examination environment that guarantees fairness and transparency for students. He also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the members of the examination committee for their cooperation and dedication in performing their duties, praising their team spirit, which greatly contributed to the smooth and orderly conduct of the examinations without any significant obstacles.
In conclusion, he called for continued efforts and the maintenance of this high level of organization and institutional work. He wished everyone continued success and affirmed the University Presidency's full support for all initiatives aimed at advancing the scientific and academic standing of Al-Ayen Iraqi University.
