The English Department at the College of Education held a memorial ceremony to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa ibn Ja'far al-Kadhim (peace be upon him). The Dean of the College, along with faculty members and students, attended the spertual event, which was full of grief and dignified atmosphere.
The ceremony began with a recitation verses of the Holy Quran, followed by a lamentation and religious speeches highlighting the noble life of Imam al-Kadhim (peace be upon him) and the virtues he embodied, including patience, forbearance, knowledge, and asceticism. The speeches emphasized the importance of drawing inspiration from these values in students' academic and professional lives and of fostering a spirit of ethics and commitment within the university environment.
The Dean commended the department for this initiative, recognizing its role in strengthening religious and cultural identity and fostering a sense of belonging and human values among students.
