The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Division at the College of Education conducted a comprehensive orientation tour for first-year students in the academic departments, as part of its plan to prepare new students and familiarize them with the university environment and the requirements of academic life.
The tour included an introduction to the academic departments, their classrooms, and laboratories, in addition to explaining university regulations and procedures, including how to manage records, attendance, and examinations. This aims to help students organize their academic journey from their very first days at the college. Psychological and educational guidance was also provided to boost students' self-confidence and help them adapt to their new university life.
During the tour, the Counseling Division emphasized the college's commitment to providing ongoing psychological and educational support to students and establishing direct communication channels with them to address any difficulties they may encounter. This support is intended to positively impact their academic performance and psychological well-being, contributing to a supportive and motivating university environment conducive to excellence and success.
