On Saturday, December 6, 2025, the College of Pharmacy held its third council meeting chaired by Dr. Haider Al-Anbari, Dean of the College, and attended by council members, including the heads of the academic departments.
The Dean opened the meeting by welcoming the members and commending their efforts in implementing the decisions of previous meetings. He emphasized the importance of activating development plans in academic, research, and administrative aspects.

Following up on the implementation of the previous meeting's decisions and the progress made in achieving the planned objectives.
Preparations for welcoming the first cohort of first-year students for the 2025-2026 academic year and identifying logistical and academic needs.
The College of Pharmacy Council also discussed academic achievement rates, the final examination plan, and evaluated e-learning. It also reviewed the reports of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Division, followed up on the work of student committees and initiatives, including the upcoming "Second Job Fair" event and the College of Pharmacy's journal, "Tiryaq," and reviewed scientific research achievements and support for new research projects.
The meeting also assessed the results of the first phase of implementing the Unified Academic System (SIS) and addressed technical and administrative challenges.
In conclusion, the Dean expressed his gratitude to all members of the council for their efforts in developing the academic and administrative performance of the college, emphasizing the continued cooperation between committees and departments to ensure the achievement of educational and research goals within the standards of quality and academic accreditation.
