Al-Ayen Iraqi University received a committee from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research affiliated to the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, evaluated the university's adherence to standards of academic rigor, accreditation, and institutional and scientific performance, as well as its compliance with standards.
The committee, headed by Dr. Bassam Karim Zaidan discussed the policies and procedures implemented by the university to ensure adherence to scientific, administrative, and financial regulations. They also reviewed the minimum requirements, procedures, activities, and standard ratios that must be met by the university.
Through field visits to the university's various campuses and departments, the committee verified the standards and indicators, assessed the readiness of laboratories in terms of equipment, materials, and teaching aids, and examined the required safety procedures in all classrooms and laboratories. They also reviewed and verified the accuracy of records and files.
At the end of the tour, the committee expressed its great satisfaction and appreciation for the efforts made by the university and the heads of departments, expressing its optimism about the future of the university and its ability to achieve its academic and administrative goals efficiently and effectively.
