The Chancellor of Al-Ayen University, Prof. Dr. Haider A. Marhoon signed a scientific cooperation agreement with the Head of the Scientific Research Authority at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Shafik S. Shafik, with the aim of strengthening scientific partnership and supporting the development of academic capabilities between the two parties.
The agreement includes the implementation of joint research projects, the exchange of expertise and scientific supervision, as well as the development of research laboratories and the organization of joint scientific activities and conferences. It also includes the exchange of scientific information, which contributes to enhancing the scientific research process and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
Both parties emphasized the importance of this step in strengthening cooperation between universities and research institutions and opening new horizons for supporting innovation and developing scientific personnel in Iraq.
