The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Education, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Hussein Al-Husseini held a workshop titled "Enhancing Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem."
The workshop was presented by Asst. Lecturer Sara Muhammad Abdul Khader, Head of the aforementioned Unit, as part of its programs aimed at supporting students psychologically and educationally, besides developing their personal and social skills.
The workshop included several topics addressing the concept of self-confidence and its importance in achieving academic and social success, in addition to strategies for developing self-esteem and overcoming anxiety and failure phobia.
The workshop also witnessed significant student engagement through discussions and interventions that expressed their awareness of the importance of the psychological aspect in their academic journey. The Guidance Unit affirmed its continued commitment to organizing such activities, which contribute to building a balanced and positive personality among students.
