The Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Naseer A. Al-Quraishi held an expanded meeting with the Program Accreditation Team at the College of Pharmacy, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Haider Al-Anbari, to monitor the progress of the academic accreditation file and review its progress.
The meeting included a detailed review of the seven axes of accreditation standards. Attendees discussed the college's fulfillment of the requirements of each axe and the efforts made by the subcommittees in preparing supporting evidence and documents. The importance of documenting procedures and standardizing data was emphasized to ensure the file is ready in a manner consistent with the standards of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Prof. Dr. Al-Quraishi praised the efforts made by the college's deanship and the working team, appreciating the level of organization and progress achieved in the accreditation process. He also emphasized the need to redouble efforts during the next phase to complete the remaining requirements within the specified timeframes.
For his part, the Dean of the College of Pharmacy expressed his appreciation for the university presidency's support and its direct interest in following up on the accreditation process, stressing that the college is making steady progress toward achieving quality standards and academic excellence, which will enhance its academic standing and serve the university's goals of enhancing its educational outcomes.
