The College of Health and Medical Technology, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized a workshop entitled "Data Analysis and Interpretation of Results: Essential Skills for Senior Students."The workshop was held on Sunday, March 9, 2025, in Hall F1C4 of the college. The workshop was delivered by Asst. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Baqer, a lecturer in the Department of Radiology in the presence of a number of senior students and faculty members.
The workshop aimed to enhance students' skills in data analysis and results interpretation, which are essential skills required in the labor market, especially in the health and medical fields. The workshop covered several main topics, including:
Basics of Data Analysis: Scientific methods for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data were explained using modern tools and techniques.
Interpretation of Results: Emphasis was placed on how to interpret data accurately and effectively and how to draw conclusions that support medical decision-making.
Practical Applications: Practical examples from real-life healthcare work were presented to enhance students' understanding and application of what they learned.
During the workshop, Asst. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Baqer emphasized the importance of students possessing data analysis skills in light of the significant technological developments in the medical field. He noted that these skills will contribute to enhancing the quality of healthcare services and providing better patient care.
